SHIPPING POLICY
At Lay Hair & Cosmetics, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We strive to make shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers. You get to choose between USPS and UPS at checkout. All products (with the exception of custom products or klarna) ship within 1-3 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lay Hair & Cosmetics, so we take our time when packaging and handling your orders. There isa no refund, no exchange policy on all human hair extensions and wigs, but we do allow returns on all other products. You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. You are responsible for shipping payments. When you begin the return process, we will send you a slip with our return address to make it easy for you at UPS or USPS. Once item is recieved in new condition a refund will be released or a new item will be shipped. All refunds take 7-14 business days depending on how long your bank takes. Once the refund is sent it is out of our hands as far as how long your refund will take exactly. Contact us with any return questions.
